- Added "kick" command

- Removed ban and mute command temporary, because we're rewriting the plugin to 1.8, these features coming back soon.

We know the following bugs:

- For long playernames who have the permission to kick the kickmessage is too long, so it gives a wheird errors.

- If there are more then 54 players online, the system will only display the first 54 players, there is coming page navigation soon.

These bugs will be fixed soon.
