MOC3DImporter

Changed the algorithm a bit, seems like number of holes is a lot less now.

Also command works like this now

/3di filename.obj [height]

Optional parameter of height will determine total height of the model rather than the stopping Y coordinate as it was before

So if you are standing at 90 height and call /3di filename.obj 100, the model will be built in between 90 and 190.
