MobTalk

1.3: Updated for CraftBukkit 1.4.7-R1

Please delete the MobTalk plugin folder before updating so that it can generate the new config.

Change log:

• The plugin is now all contained within one jar, no need to separately upload the folder/config.
• Added one permission node "mobtalk.receive", without this permission players will not receive mobs chatter.
• Fixed 1.4.6 errors.
• Fixed creatureSpawnEvent errors.
• Fixed n positive error (some people were still getting this error).
