Note: Must use CraftBukkit 1.4.6 R0.2 or newer

Since v2.1b format for abilities has changed and I do not have a config converter, so you will have to convert any configuration for abilities manually

The limiter however will move/change configs accordingly saving and converting your settings without any loss. :)
