Fixes and features in this version:
- When you remove a message from the config file, it will no longer show a blank line in chat.
- Small bugfix with the [vanilla] tag
- Added more permissions
The permissions are as follows:
- com.cyber.mobheads.behead.mobs
- com.cyber.mobheads.behead.players
- com.cyber.mobheads.behead.fish
Each of this permissions is needed in order to behead the corresponding entities.
