Changelog:
- Allow mines to be rescheduled, synchronizing their reset times
- Use a better seed for java.util.Random
- Make automatic resets be independent of the world clock
- Allow for the override of phrases, essentially letting you customize automatic reset warnings, etc
- Allow for the disable of automatic update checks
