Internationalization fixes! Support for detecting encodings!

Yet again: Reward events need to have the task ID defining the command/permission/itemid/money amount. This has NOT been implemented yet in the Quest Helper.

Bugfixes:

  • Fixed the reading of .quest files when the encoding was different from the system.
  • Uses Mozilla's UniversalChardet system to do this.

This build was generated and taken straight from ci.alta189.com.

  • When using SpoutPlugin, instanced quests will not clean up properly due to file locking.
  • Some languages will STILL not render even with UniversalChardet, due to their non-inclusion into the JRE.
  • This jar does not have sqlite-jdbc shaded in; performance on SQLite is untested.
