1.7.2 update Protection for signs added

Please note: This version is a bit 'edgy' as I had to cut some corners in the making of it, as I lost the code twice and had to do a lot from scratch, I will try release a new more stable version before the new year with a config

After testing there are a number of bugs:
* Right Clicking any sign, even not associated with MineCasino will give MineCasino related error
* A few other minor bugs I have patched in 0.2.1 which I will post up around New Year's
