• Added chat colours. F.ex. /motd add Red Test in Red.

• Permissions, may not work correctly. The defaults do (from the plugin.yml), but I can't figure out how to define custom permissions on the server (to allow non-ops to use the plugin). I am, however, certain that others know, and I've implemented the permissions as described in tutorials. So it *should* work.
