Changelog:

• Optimized feedback to players (messages)
• Added Javadoc for functions (for plugin developers)
• Multiworld support on warps

To-do:

• "API Mode", doesn't check commands or anything else, to be used by plugin developers
• Portals (step in block and get teleported), probably using Orange and Blue wool (sue me, Valve), and signs.

Spams the console with errors on server startup, but nothing critical, and doesn't impair functionality.
