+ Add permission to enable/disable the mending enchantement for player ( mendingenchant.use enable by default )
+ Add 3 customs probabilities with 3 linked permissions (mendingenchant.custom1 ,2 ,3)
You can now make custom probabilities to have mending for differents ranks in your server.
if you have a previous version of the plugin, please remove config.yml of the plugin before do the update
