Update to 0.0.9

A lot of fixes and updates.

• Added damagemod= to modify mob's attack damage directly.
• Added the proper subtype for magma cubes. They can be scaled like normal slimes now.
• The "ondeath" triggering ability now also tries to pass over the killing player, if such exists.
• The /mc spawn <setupname> command now also works for commandblocks in a special way.
• Added meta support for coloured leather armor and player heads.

Known bugs:

(fixed for the next version) "damagemod=" does not trigger properly
