A lot of fixes and updates.

Changed the item buildup to add functionality. Now supports items with lores, names, any enchantment levels and allows to set dropchances.

New buildup of effects and items, also affects some abilities.

Added more specialization to the config.

SHOULD HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH MINECRAFT 1.7.2!

Known bugs:

(Still working upon) Unloaded mobs loose their specialty. Yes, this is a tricky thing. As of now, unloaded mobs are being removed.

(Fixed) Error when users without the permission "megacreeps.help" use /mc. Don't worry, this error does not affect the game.
