mcRewards

- Added the /receive command, so that if players didn't have room in their inventory when given the rewards, they can use this command to receive them later.

- Added the /listRewards command so that players can see what rewards they should expect to get

- Added a new configuration, 'automaticCollection'. If set to true, then players will receive the rewards when they login, but if set to false, then players will have to use the /receive command to claim their rewards. If you have a login plugin on your server (such as xAuth) then you should set this to false.
