What's new
- Added config 'bookShapeless' (default false) which makes the recipe work regardless of where specific ingredients are (like mixing dyes). I recommend it if you make the recipes any more complex
- Added new possible ingredients: red, green, yellow, blue, and white dye (bonemeal) by request
