• Maps in players hands now register on join
• Added the ability for new players to receive a map on join.
• Reviewed the code to make sure this is a stable version

• When a blue cursor turns a certain way, it turns green. This is a Bukkit and/or Minecraft issue.
• If a player is facing north, the cursor will show them facing slightly NW.
