This is the permissions update! They are here!

• Added permissions support. Look at the mod's main page to see permissions.
• Auto update detection! Whenever you start up your server, the script will check for an update (Customizable in configuration file). Also, whenever an OP logs on to the server, they will receive an "update available" message.
• Converted player names into player ids and also added a tablename_users table.
• Code is much more clean and maintainable now.

If you are doing a clean install, you don't have to worry about this

For some unknown reason, the database conversion of usernames into userids will freeze up 1/5 of the time. I have searched all over online and have found nothing to explain this strange bug. It could possibly be my machine I am testing on (2000 PC with 2GB RAM and Pentium 4, etc.) or a bug in Java itself.

If this happens to you, you will have to restart your server in order to complete the conversion. After you restart your server, everything should work smoothly again.
