Maintenance Manager

New features:

• More customization in config.yml
• You can now choose the number of available slots during a maintenance.
• New command! Real-time plugins management with /maintenance [enable|disable] (plugin name)

Improvements

• Schedule broadcast improved.
• Permission on reload command and enable/disable command
• /maintenance on cannot be performed during a maintenance.
• /maintenance off cannot be performed when the maintenance mode is already off.
• Changed the plugin.yml

Note: Your icon must be a 64X64 png image! Protected adresses (https://) may not work!
Advice: If you don't want to change the icon, upload your original one and put the adress in the config file.
Important: If your server is running without icon, the one which is in the config file will be displayed even out of a maintenance!
Sometimes config.yml doesn't save correctly. I'll try to fix it as soon as possible.
