Small maintenance update focused on anonymous bStats metrics and improved YAML synchronization.

## Added

- Added bStats support for anonymous plugin metrics.
- bStats helps track plugin usage, version adoption, and server environment information so future MailboxGUI development can be better prioritized.
- Metrics can be disabled through the plugin config or globally through bStats.

## Improved

- Improved YAML synchronization for config updates.
- When the bundled config is updated, MailboxGUI now synchronizes the config structure while preserving existing configured values.
- New config keys can be added automatically without forcing server owners to redo their current settings.

## Upgrade Notes

- No mailbox data reset is required.
- Existing mailbox, mail, package, COD, money mail, Post Office, and NPC data remain compatible.
- Existing config values are preserved during config synchronization.
