MailboxGUI 3.1.0 — Initial CurseForge Release

This is the first MailboxGUI release on CurseForge.

MailboxGUI is an advanced GUI-based mail system for Spigot/Paper servers. It supports physical player mailboxes, public Post Office boxes, Citizens Post Office NPCs, letters, packages, COD packages, package experience, money mail, offline delivery, admin tools, language files, Vault economy support, optional Dynmap markers, and safe multi-world mailbox handling.

Important Dynmap Note:
MailboxGUI works on 26.1.x, but Dynmap does not currently have a release build for that version. Dynmap marker support is unsupported on 26.1.x for now. MailboxGUI still runs normally without Dynmap.

Upgrade Note:
This release includes the same 3.1.0 compatibility update available on other platforms. Existing data from MailboxGUI 3.0.0-1.21 should continue working after upgrading, but always back up your server before updating.
