1.16 SUPPORT and stability improvements!

In 1.16 some of the internals of this plugin no longer work. I completely rewrote this, so the plugin now works from 1.14 up to 1.16!
All commands, spells and configuration still work like they used to.

IMPORTANT: After this update old magic wands no longer function. Simply throw them away and get a new one with /mw get
