• Bukkit permissions support
• Info wand (equip lever and right click torch to get info about it)
• Info command
• All commands and actions respect torch ownership or admin perms
• Help has been implemented
• Lots of other small things.

• Reload may not preserve torches state if there is a block above the transmitter.
• Destroying the block the torch is attached to will not delete the torch until the database is reloaded.
