• Changes the config around a bit to make it a bit more understandable.
• Removes a few config options that are a bit useless since there is already one there.
• Fixes the formatting of strings when using vault economy.
• Fixes the config to be created when reloaded, if not found.
• Other minor changes...

Note: As some of the config options are different, if you wish to change them you must generate a new config. Otherwise the defaults will be used.
