LuaBucket

This plugin is a direct descendant of BucketOfLua, but LuaBucket is based on a crossplatform Luaj instead of platform-dependent luajava. It is made to be as close to BucketOfLua as possible, so changelog for beta is a list of improvements since BucketOfLua-alpha3.

• Absolutely no access violations resulting in a server crash. I mean, it can still do some funny stuff, but it will not crash JVM since it has no native code -- only Java.
• Equality operator works as it should. This is also a direct consequence of Luaj migration.
• Fancy error messages. Scary stack traces are in the past, it is now time for a clear and crisp error messages.
• And now beta.
