Minor bug fixes in this update.
 
[/] Fixed the permission node for /lotterypool version (this command is for debugging purposes, for me to help users fix their issues better) - Version Command code was copied from my other plugin to standardize format among my plugins, Companions. Thus, permission node was not changed.
 
[/] Fixed a NullPointerException when bossbar is disabled, it still tries to remove the bossbar although there is none. This bug didn't break anything but only annoyed the user via the console.
