Added a chance per command feature!

Example (items execute-commands section of a lootbox):

- eco give {PLAYERNAME} 5000 chance:50

This would give you a 50% chance of getting $5000 (Essentials Economy)

/lootbox keys - lootbox.keys

See a list of keys that can open the lootbox in hand.

/lootbox lootboxes - lootbox.lootboxes

See a list of lootboxes that the key in hand can open.

/lootbox preview - lootbox.preview

Gives a virtual inventory "preview" of what's in the chest, excluding commands. SEE BUG NOTE BELOW

It will always add the items to the inventory, but it may say it requires more space than it actually needs

New bugs :c

/lootbox preview may allow duplication if you are running an old CB version (Pre 1.7.4 R0.3). Spam click the inventory first to ensure the bug doesn't exist
