Fixes critical bug where each block placed or broken would be stored individually instead of grouped, blowing up database sizes. Thanks to SmackDan for pointing this out to me.

Adds support for pushing data to a RabbitMQ instance. Set config value useRabbitMq to true and it'll generate a config file for you where you can configure RabbitMQ.
