Added a new configuration option:
usesendmessageiflessthensetplayerson: true/false (yes i know its long xD)
sendlogincap: [number]
If usesendmessageiflessthensetplayerson is true, it will ALWAYS send a
public login/logout message as long as the server has less then [sendlogincap] players on.
If the server has more then that amount of players on, it will switch back to normal.
disablefactionswildernesstag option is allready in the config, but will not do anything yet :(.
