Added Towny Support

• Note: Although I have tested this feature several times, I am still not good at Towny, if I made some mistake regarding Towny support, please inform me immediately in the discussion!

1. Player can now share a chest across town or nation.

Simply add [TownName] or [NationName] as a user. For example, right-click a sign, then enter /lock 3 [AwesomeTown]

2. Players cannot lock chests in the wilderness by default.

Permission node to lock chest in the wilderness is lockettepro.towny.wilds

Added Everyone Signs

If you are updating LockettePro from previous versions, please add those missing entries in your config.yml, or delete config.yml and plugin will generate a new one with missing entries.
