What's new
- Hopefully fixed issue with ooc not working after a few hours
- Redid ooc/shouting system
- Added /tooc and /tshout command (toggles ooc and shout)
- Made ooc prefix redundant, ooc chat will default to normal sever chat.
- changed chat event priority to highest to override other plugins, increasing compatibility hopefully.
better compatibility with other plugins coming soon...
