Changed code around, make it run smoother. Updated The version. Added New Option, DeopAllCommand. If enabled, The plugin processes every command, not just the /op command.

Need to add something to allow for the folder, and config file creation by the jar, not just download the folder too. once that is done, it becomes a full release.
