Lifestones
Lifestones are devices that players can attune to. When they die they're resurrected at the last lifestone they used.

- Calling optional BlockPlaceEvent event when creating lifestone, so other plugins can block placement or log the block placements.
- Patched randomtp going into infinite loop in the nether.
- Fixed startup error caused by MySQL trying to create its tables with invalid db info.
- Creating DB tables now done in main thread, was causing issues creating and loading them asyncly.
- Fixed loading lifestones in unloaded worlds.
