fix - Users with names longer than 13 characters are now displayed correctly.
fix - Levellist prefix will now generated on login
update - If a username (+level and colorcode) is longer than 16 then it will be truncated and marked with a '#'.

fix - Usernames die aus mehr als 13 Buchstaben bestehen werden nun richtig angezeigt
fix - LevelListe Prefix wird nun beim Login erstellt.
update - Wenn ein Username (+Level und Farbcode) länger als 16 Buchstaben ist wird er abgeschnitten und mit einem '#' markiert.
