- Changed Overwrite flag - Only overwrites slots that previously contained an item.
- Added Clear flag - clears the inventory before spawning a kit.
- Applied Overwrite and Clear flags to armor slots.
- Added method to retrieve the remaining time on kits that players are delayed for.
- Fixed an issue with delays not working for intervals greater than 24 days.
