Update v0.8

Small updates:

• Kit prices are now in kits.yml
• Kit cooldowns are now in Kits.yml
• added Kits sign
• added unbreaking 3 on the fisherman rod
• Better sponges launch code
• Added bomber cool down

Big updates:

• Added kits.yml
• added kitbattle enable/disable command which disables or enables a kit
• Fixed a bug where KB is considerd as a none Kitbattle command
• Fixed a bug where caps effected how the command (kitbattle) works
• added the ability to disable/enable any kit
• added the ability to customize each kit armor
• added On-PlayerDeath config, you can now control if a player lose tokens on death or not
