KidsTimeout

- Protects Horses (EntityHorse) by default too
- Dismounts player from minecarts etc. otherwise TP to jail will fail

- players logging out while in timeout are stuck and need to teleport out manually.
- there is no in-game way to change the list of entities. The default config.yml lists the most useful ones and corresponds with the old builtin list.
- the name in the entity list must be the exact bukkit entity name (e.g. VillagerGolem)
