- Limited sponge strenght to 5, but wil make configurable.

I will probably fix all of these tomorrow and add a lot more.
- Server can use command as well (not sure if I'll keep that...)
- Not checking for permissions atm, but still default = op.
- It should support multiple worlds, but everything's still in the same config, so I wouldn't recommend it.
- If you change the sponge strenght down, the water around it will stay as it is.
- Probably some more...
