Jump

changelog v0.3:
- Save and load a position with a tool, the tool can be defined in the config
- define a start and end position for a jump with signs, a jump can allow players to start and end a timer
- start the timer by rightclicking the start sign, stop the timer by rightclicking the stop sign. If you want to stop the timer before the end, simply use /jump stop
- time of current timer running can be found by using /jump timer
- a help function, /jump help
- a highscore file will be created but not used yet

changelog v0.2:
- Added /j shortcommand
- /jp load and /jp back are now working the same way, they both can load multiple steps back
- In the config you can now disable certain worlds for the jumping commands. Admins still can use them
