- Added configuration file. Every option in it is described below.
- Added max stats setting. This is how many stats an item is limited to.
- Added stats on blocks setting. When disabled, stats cannot be added to blocks.
- Added standard style setting. This can be used to style the text of counter stats using the regular Minecraft color and style codes.
- Added a slayer style setting. This works just like the standard style setting, but applies only to the text stats, like slayer and bane.
- Added signature lock setting. When enabled, additional stats cannot be added to signed items.
- Added permissions for adding stats.
