Big update!

Economy now supported (requires Vault).

/account now has a new Admin argument.

/account now shows durability, custom names, and materials.

/itembank and /itembank help have no permissions requirements.

New ItemAlias command. /itemalias <item>

A message is logged on start up if the update check is set to false.

Fixed /itembank help <command> not recognizing the <command> argument.

Block/Item ID's have been dropped entirely. This means you need to update you're items.csv to use Materials.

/deposit command can be used without any arguments and defaults to the player's held item.

Fixed /deposit command not deducting money from a player.

Added /itembank reload to reload the config and item translator.

Fixed the item translator so that if there's spaces in items.csv, the translator will ignore them.

/itembank reload permission check missing (fixed in v1.6).
