- NEW: Optional feature to allow radiation to be reduced by players within 16 blocks of one another. Set the 'PlayerShelter' value in config to the amount of rads to drop per player nearby.
- Boats should now stop radiation from water.
- It is now possible to set radiation levels for blocks using decimal amounts (eg 0.1, 2.5, etc).
- Dead players are no longer affected by radiation, until they respawn.
- Players in creative mode are no longer affected by radiation.
