What's new
- Radiation now causes leaves to decay, with option in config to drop saplings and other leaf drops.
- Rain and water now cause radiation damage (both can be separately disabled in config).
- Added shelter blocks which absorb a configurable amount of radiation from their surroundings (defaults to Obsidian and Bedrock, fully customizable in config).
