Instant Food

Allows players to instant eat food if they have the right permission.

- You can now disable regaining of health from having a full food bar, you can only regain health through the food or pots, just not default regeneration through having a full food bar. (toggle able, make sure to regenerate config)
- Added a permission to bypass not regaining health with a full food bar (InstaEat.regainbypass)
- Fixed some few bad lines of codes that occasionally threw an error.
