* Fixed idle kick so players get kicked no matter what. (TheOnlyRealTGS)
* Players now get refunded any money spent if they are kicked from an arena for whatever reason.
* If players leave during a run, when they return they are placed back outside the arena. (TheOnlyRealTGS)
