Added plugin.yml which was not included by the automatic build process.

  • Gates will not close when powered with redstone. This is because REDSTONE_CHANGE does not always trigger when redstone loses power?
  • Gates do not react when you place a redstone torch next to them. Not really issue in my opinion.
