• Maven adjusted to always use CraftBukkit LATEST, and there are only two references to CraftBukkit code in HSP so future API breaks can be updated and new plugin built in about 30 seconds, by myself or anyone else

CraftBukkit has intentionally broken many plugins with the latest RB. Details here:. http://goo.gl/bFH0W

Some plugins, like HSP, WorldEdit, DisguiseCraft and many others, depend on functionality not available in the "Bukkit API". These plugins can reach into the CraftBukkit implementation to provide capabilities that are not possible with just the API. In HSP's case, this is used to provide it's dynamic command system.

Someday, I hope the Command system will improve in the Bukkit API at which point I can drop the CraftBukkit dependency and avoid the intentional break with each MC update. Until then, I will provide releases for any Beta or Release builds that break HSP. HSP v1.7.3.1 is the first of these releases, compatible with CraftBukkit RB 1.4.5-R1.0.
