• Fixed bug regarding name tag not showing when permissions usage is set to false.

• Recoded setting of healthbar allowing external plugins to modify health and the healthbar updating within 1 tick.

• Possibly 1 line of code change (to fix errors) just changed the version number to make sure if people are getting errors, I know what version they was using.

• Added permissions nodes: healthbar.cansee and healthbar.reload
• Added /healthbar reload to reload the config file.

• Fixed a few null pointer errors.
• Realised Eclipse wasnt exporting .src folder about an hour or two into raging.
