What's new!?

• Added option to configure Extra Damage on a headshot
• Added option to do Extra Damage or InstaKill only if the victim is wearing a helmet
• Added /headshoteffects reload command to reload the config without restarting the server
• Added headshoteffects.reload permission to give admin groups the ability to reload the config
• General reformat/cleanup of the code

Note: You will more than likely have to delete your current config file, and let it regenerate in order for the new features to work properly.
