What's new
- Added second config file, "item_binds.yml", lots more configuration available now.
- You can now attach weapons to any item
- Allows you to bind multiple weapons to a single item
- The flamethrower and minigun can only be bound to swords due to bukkit limitations
- You can now configure what kind and how much ammo is used by each weapon

- Added third config file, "enables.yml", moved weapon enables from original config to new one
- Can now configure how many ticks the airstrike and mortar last
- Shotgun must have at least 8 flint (or x amount of y, depending on your config file) in order to fire, can no longer fire on partial shells.
