Revision 27:
- Guilds now only can be spawned out of a 200 blocks radius around the spawn.
- Fixed a bug in the guild-distance calculation(again!).
- You now gain 15 exp for your guild if you mine redstone.
- You now gain 35 exp for your guild if you mine lapis-lazulli.
